Jewellery Repairs
Having in-house jewelers at the Real shop is an important part of our future, and we hope that more and more of you will take advantage of this service. Not many jewelers have professional in-house facilities, let alone actually having the goldsmiths, tools and facilities to make new jewellery and set stones.
We offer great value for our customers, in fact nearly half of the usual price! This means that at Real we can offer a fantastic value expert service, without additional mark-up price of sending the work out to another trade house.
An additional benefit of having all-round expertise, is that your piece will not leave our premises. So you can rest assured that it will not be posted, delivered or sitting in someone's pocket waiting to be done. In the rare event that we do need to send a piece away, for things such as hallmarking, you will be consulted before this happens.
